The Meat competence

Our motto is: "The world’s oldest method of cooking meat and products of the highest quality presented to the guest at the highest level".

How is this possible?
The first prerequisite for this is the HaJaTec® grill, equipped with the patented high-tech grill. That means optimal indoor grilling pleasure with charcoal, without fat dripping into the fire! An absolute pleasure to grill the healthiest way that direct grilling can provides.

The Maturing Cabinet

Furthermore, only the highest prime meat quality is served at the GOLDHORN-BEEFCLUB. We look on site at how the animals are kept, fed and slaughtered. In addition to the in-house maturation (black meat maturation), which is carried out in our own patented maturing cabinet, our club offers up to 200 cuts from 21 different breeds of cattle - a selection that is unique in the world. Please note: Please pre-order the meat cuts you want. The meat supply is currently limited. Not all types of meat listed on the menu are currently available.
